We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships. In this role, you will manage client accounts, ensure their needs are met, and drive satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. I ​. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to address needs, concerns, and expectations for high satisfaction.
  • Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and to client satisfaction, in collaboration with project teams.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring client requirements and feedback are accurately addressed.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to understand needs and drive improvements in service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and amendments, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, software development, and customer support teams to align and coordinate on client-related activities, including promotional activities, product launches, and engagement initiatives.

 II. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM softwares (e.g., Odoo, Apollo, Hubspot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role with a proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the client experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possession of an English language certification.
  • Previous experience working in the IT industry or a technology-focused role, providing familiarity with technical sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in additional languages for dealing with international clients.
