JOB OVERVIEW
- Main Purpose: Manage and optimize the system infrastructure to ensure stability and high performance for applications and services.
- Main Tasks: Establish and maintain CI/CD systems, optimize development and deployment processes, and support the development and operations teams.
- Importance: Contribute to the development of high-quality software products, ensuring projects are deployed smoothly and meet organizational requirements.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and manage system infrastructure on on-premise cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate monitoring and logging solutions into the system.
- Follow the software development process, including progress reporting and time management.
- Identify and resolve issues while implementing performance and security improvements.
- Analyze, propose technical solutions, and improve system architecture.
- Ensure code quality and compliance with software development standards, while supporting and training other team members.
II. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker and Jenkins; basic scripting skills with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of configuration management and monitoring systems.
- Proficient in using Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
- Logical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving: Ability to work proactively, in a team, and eager to learn to adapt to new technologies; good communication with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions.
- Experience working with Agile models and proficiency in project management tools like Jira/Redmine.
- Possess language certification and fluent communication skills in English.
