Node.JS Developer

Job Duties
  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and serverless frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and implement architectures for improved scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Write clean and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality of developed applications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and serverless technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have at least 2 years of professional experience as a Node.js Developer, prefer experience in serverless technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and Typescripts.
  • Experience with serverless architectures and frameworks such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Ability to write efficient and optimized code.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other serverless platforms and services (e.g., AWS API Gateway, Azure Logic Apps).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
