BA05: Lead Business Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to spearhead our most critical business initiatives. In this role, you will oversee and guide the analysis of complex business problems, lead a team of business analysts, and collaborate with senior management to define strategic objectives. You will be responsible for developing high-level solutions, ensuring project alignment with business goals, and driving process improvements across the organization. Strong leadership skills, advanced analytical abilities, and extensive experience in business analysis are essential. I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop and implement business analysis strategies and best practices, aligning efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end business analysis process for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with business requirements.
• Lead the gathering, documentation, and validation of complex business requirements, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Guide the design and implementation of business solutions, collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and executive management, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and optimizing business processes and workflows, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project management tools (JIRA, Visio, or Confluence), Figma, Draw.io or any equivalent tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 7 of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry  with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of business analysts. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Possession of an English language certification.
• Professional Certification: CBAP or PMP.
• Proficiency in additional languages for dealing with international clients.
