JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Account Manager to support our account management team. In this role, you will assist with client account coordination, handle inquiries, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in managing client relationships by providing support and addressing inquiries.
- Support the Account Manager in overseeing client projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and to specifications.
- Prepare and distribute client communications, meeting agendas, and follow-up correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to develop solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Aid in various account management tasks, including contract renewals, client meetings, and project reviews.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, software development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on client-related activities, including promotional efforts, product launches, and engagement initiatives.
II. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM softwares (e.g., Odoo, Apollo, Hubspot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within account management or a client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the client experience.
- Ability to assist in resolving client issues and providing effective solutions.
- Possession of an English language certification.
- Previous experience working in the IT industry or a technology-focused role, providing familiarity with technical sales processes and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in additional languages for dealing with international clients.
