JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst Interns to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis within an IT environment. As an intern, you will assist in bridging the gap between our IT capabilities and business objectives, contributing to the optimization of our processes and systems.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Help create detailed process maps and workflows.
- Support the preparation of documentation, including software requirements specifications (SRSs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, providing support in planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Assist in testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree graduate or final year student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project management tools (JIRA, Visio, or Confluence), Figma, Draw.io or any equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
