BA03: Middle Business Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to drive and support complex business projects. In this role, you will lead requirement gathering, analyze business processes, and develop detailed solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. Strong analytical skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, and experience with business analysis tools are essential. I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements, working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and software requirement specifications.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals. Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Evaluate and optimize business processes and workflows, providing recommendations for improvements and assisting with implementation.
• Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress. Prepare project documentation and presentations.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements, identify issues or improvements, and work with development teams to address them.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project management tools (JIRA, Visio, or Confluence), Figma, Draw.io or any equivalent tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT Industry  with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and solutions.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Possession of an English language certification.
• Professional Certification: CBAP or PMP.
• Proficiency in additional languages for dealing with international clients.
