FL03: Middle Flutter Developer

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Middle-Level Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. In this role, you will work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of feature development. This position is perfect for someone with solid Flutter experience who is eager to grow and take on more responsibility. 

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Flutter App Development: Develop and maintain robust cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Feature Development: Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features.
• Code Architecture: Contribute to the architectural decisions and improve the structure of the codebase.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize the performance of Flutter applications to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Mentorship: Assist junior developers by providing guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Must have

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Flutter: Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart with 2-4 years of hands-on experience.
• Cross-Platform Development: Solid understanding of cross-platform mobile development, including app lifecycle management.
• API Integration: Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Flutter applications.
• Code Quality: Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code with knowledge of software development best practices.
• Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative development.

B. Nice to have

• Experience with Firebase: Familiarity with Firebase services like Firebase store, Authentication, and Push Notifications.
• CI/CD Knowledge: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for Flutter applications.
• Open Source Contributions: Active participation in the Flutter community through open source projects or community engagement.
