OD04: Senior Odoo Developer

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage Odoo platform development projects from inception through deployment and post-deployment support.
• Design system architecture, develop new modules, and customize existing modules to meet specific business needs.
• Participate in technical assessments, project planning, and make critical technical decisions.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of technology development and process improvement.
• Lead or assist in training team members on software development projects.
• Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation for software solutions.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years experience working with Odoo, including developing complex solutions and managing software projects.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and API Gateways.
• Experience in software architecture design and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Proficient in writing unit tests.
• Basic experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experienced with Docker, including configuration and usage.
• Experience working with third-party services (SSO, OAuth 2).
• Professional certifications such as Odoo Certification, AWS Certification.
• Priority given to candidates with strong English communication skills.
