JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and build strong client relationships. In this role, you will generate leads, develop sales strategies, and close deals to meet or exceed targets. Strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and prepare professional proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, software development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and support promotional activities and product launches.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM and Marketing Automation softwares (e.g., Odoo, Apollo, Hubspot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt strategies and tactics based on changing market conditions.
  • Possession of an English language certification.
  • Previous experience working in the IT industry or a technology-focused role, providing familiarity with technical sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in additional languages for dealing with international clients.
