BA04: Senior Business Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead and drive strategic business initiatives. In this role, you will oversee complex projects, provide expert analysis on business processes, and develop comprehensive solutions to address key challenges. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and ensure that all solutions align with organizational goals. Extensive experience in business analysis, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong leadership capabilities are essential. I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the gathering, documentation, and validation of business requirements. Ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations, and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and software requirement specification documents.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders. Manage relationships, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment between business units and project teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
• Lead and mentor junior business analysts with the assistance of Middle Business Analysts.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Identify and document issues or improvements, and work with development teams to address them.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

Must have

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English. Ability to present complex information clearly and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project management tools (JIRA, Visio, or Confluence), Figma, Draw.io or any equivalent tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry  with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and solutions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing data, documenting requirements, and managing projects.
• Possession of an English language certification.
• Professional Certification: CBAP or PMP.
• Proficiency in additional languages for dealing with international clients.
