Job Overview:

As we continue to expand our international presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Executive to drive our global sales strategy and grow our market share across international markets. 

The International Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with key international clients, and driving sales growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in international sales environments.


1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Identification:

  • Identify potential clients within specific industries, businesses, or organizations that could benefit from the products or services offered by the company.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Sales Proposals and Contract Negotiation:

  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals to clients, including pricing information and terms of agreement such as contract length and termination clauses.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually satisfactory terms and conditions.

Client Growth and Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities for client growth by offering additional products or services that complement existing offerings.
  • Present new products or services to existing clients to increase business opportunities and enhance client value.
  • Develop strategies to expand business with current clients and identify new areas for potential growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key international clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in target regions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and client feedback.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, software development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the development of international sales initiatives.


2. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with international clients and understanding of global market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
