JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will manage sales documentation, assist with administrative tasks, and handle customer inquiries. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM and office software are essential. If you’re proactive and excel in a supportive role, we’d love to have you on our team.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing sales agreements, and tracking sales performance.
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, and any issues that arise. Provide excellent customer service to address and resolve concerns promptly.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation. Ensure all documents are completed accurately and in compliance with company services.
- Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Apollo, Hubspot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team with strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in communication and professional activities.
- Possession of an English language certification.
- Previous experience working in the IT industry or a technology-focused role, providing familiarity with technical sales processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in additional languages for dealing with international clients.
