JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will analyze and document business requirements, while working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects align with business objectives. Strong analytical skills, experience with business analysis tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams are essential. I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, goals, and objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and software requirement specification documents.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams. Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure that project objectives are clearly understood and met.
Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.
Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Identify and document any issues or defects and work with the development team to resolve them.

II. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project management tools (JIRA, Visio, or Confluence), Figma, Draw.io or any equivalent tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Possession of an English language certification.
Professional Certification: CBAP or PMP.
Proficiency in additional languages for dealing with international clients.
